If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, difficulty in relationships or other concerns, and you are looking for counseling from a Christian perspective, I would be honored to speak with you. I have seen clients experience relief from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relational difficulties, and other concerns, to regain a sense of hope in their lives. I have seen marriages improve and clients begin a spiritual journey or get re-established in their faith to lead joyful, changed lives.
I have been in the helping professions all my working life, initially working as a Registered Nurse (now retired) with patients with chronic illness and now as a therapist. Because of this, my perspective and focus take in the whole individual, keeping in mind that each person is unique and has physical, psychological, mental, and spiritual needs.
If you are looking for counseling that takes in your Christian faith and your concerns, please reach out. I am a compassionate listener and my goal is to create a casual, engaged, supportive, and truthful environment where insight, growth, and healing can take place. A place where clients feel heard and valued while maintaining truth and mutual respect.
