I am currently accepting new clients! Ages 6 - Adult. I take a person-centered approach and meet each client right where they are. I believe each person is unique and worth listening to. I work with children, teens, and adults to gain healthy coping skills and strategies toward reaching their potential. Whether it is difficulty with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, or disordered eating, I have a passion for connecting with each client so that we can work together to increase self awareness and overall satisfaction for life. Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. With over 20 years of experience, I offer children, families, and adults a safe and accepting environment to explore and gain a better understanding of the issues most affecting their lives. Rather than solely focusing on behaviors or symptoms, I work with individuals and families on gaining insight and understanding into the various underlying causes of their thoughts, feelings, and actions. It is only then that meaningful and long-lasting change is possible.

Accepting New Clients - Let’s make a change together! I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, and school/work/relationship struggles, and provide support through difficult situations like divorce, abuse, or the loss of a loved one. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to meet you wherever you are on your healing journey. Working with my clients to set goals and put strategies in place to reach those goals, is a key component of my counseling.

I'm a trauma-informed therapist and a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP) providing both secular and Christian counseling. My focus areas include helping individuals heal from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting, as well as offering therapy to parents of children with developmental disorders and intellectual disabilities, among others. My unique approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy and providing actionable skills that clients can use right away. Paired with my strength-based expertise in working with teens and adults, I feel I have a unique approach that helps clients identify and build on their strengths, clarify their purpose if so desired, and then work to build a skill set that allows them to handle challenges that come their way.
