About
*Have Availability & accepting new clients for in person or tele-health* My strength is in working with women who are interested in alternative approaches to therapy, who have struggled to experience the change they seek in other forms of therapy and are interested in going to the core, getting clear on what's keeping them stuck. I teach you effective tools to move you forward. I employ a variety of strategies to help you own your process and get unstuck. I also am the founder of The Soulful Solution, an online coaching program helping women with anxiety break free from their over active mind & tap back into their settled soul.
It is my goal to create a warm welcoming environment for you to do just that. With openness & non judgement, I help you take where you are and evolve it into something that you feel excited about. Challenges offer us an opportunity to grow and when we find the growth, we feel light again.
I combine the use of a Strength based model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness based practices, and energy clearing strategies to help you reach your break through. I offer free phone consultations. *If you are interested in using out of network insurance, I can provide a Super Bill.
