I am a trauma-informed therapist with diverse clinical experience and strong case management skills. I will gather information to know you more, and then help you see different options and paths that you may not see, or be afraid to explore. I provide understanding and empathy, but also education and tangible tools to take with you from each session.
We carry so much with us, not only that we have been through, but that have been passed down generationally from our families and environments.
