I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and disordered eating. I help clients build insight into their patterns, strengthen self-compassion, and grow confidence. My approach is collaborative, partnering closely with clients and parents when appropriate to support meaningful change. I am dually licensed in SC and NC and work within a multidisciplinary team at Illumii, allowing for collaboration with other professionals to best support you or your child. I use an integrative, flexible approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based techniques to meet your unique needs and goals.

It can be overwhelming when things seem out of control and the next step isn't clear. It takes courage and vulnerability to reach out for support. Igniting Girl Power

This group is for girls ages 14-18 and focuses on creating healthy relationships with self and others. It will incorporate a variety of different therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This group would be great for girls struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, disordered eating, and body image issues. Girls will learn how to identify and express emotions in a healthy way, challenge negative thoughts, improve mindfulness, cultivate self-compassion, and much more. The facilitator will create open discussions, provide psychoeducation, engage in experiential activities, and create a safe space for girls to share their personal experiences.
