Hello and Welcome! I'm Cristin, a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, young adults, and families navigate life's challenges.

I enjoy working with children and adults to address social-emotional issues, parenting struggles, relationship issues, anxiety and stress, and workplace issues. I work with clients in both individual and group settings to address these issues. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes in their lives by addressing mental health stigma and the challenges that come with life. I often work with children and parents, new (again) parents, adults who are facing challenging life decisions or found themselves having to adapt to a curveball life has thrown them, as well as medical professionals and first responders.

Life presents new challenges and changes daily. When these challenges and changes occur, it cause stress, anxiety, and makes you question certain decisions you have made. You may need to explore new options and directions for your life. My goal for each individual is to obtain a clear understanding of your needs and how we can work to establish personal growth and stability. My goal is to establish respect, compassion and trust in a nonjudgmental environment.

My name is Lori L. Crawford, I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I have worked in the profession of counseling for over 15 years and I have enjoyed the journey. I have worked with all walks of life and in the process I have learned that people need people. I refer to a range of treatment modalities that can help with mental health problems, emotional challenges and unexpected life occurrences. My aim as a therapist, is to enable clients to understand their thoughts, feelings, and conflicts and help them work towards an improved outcome.

As a psychotherapist, I provide a safe, non-judgmental setting for someone to think out loud, process his/her feelings, and brainstorm options and possible solutions. I provide individual, and couples/marital therapy, and work with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and other life transitions, relationship issues, step-family issues, difficulties in communication and conflict resolution as well as personal growth and development.
