I specialize in helping adults, children and adolescents with life stressors and difficult transitions, including anxiety, depression, marital and family conflicts, low self-esteem, grief and loss, behavioral problems, parenting issues, career changes and work related concerns.
Many of the adults and children I work with struggle with anger issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, and behavioral problems. I focus on helping individuals find purpose, goals and emotional stability in order to live life healthy and productive.
