Not accepting new client's at this time - You are struggling and you aren’t sure how to stop. To everyone else you look happy and seem to be thriving, but it doesn't feel true. When you aren’t with others, you are down on yourself, worrying, avoiding situations and moody. There may be a clear cause from a difficult situation, but it may just be struggling with all that life is demanding right now. No matter what the cause I have worked with people just like your and seen them move from struggling to become the thriving individual you know is inside.
I work with teens and adults who are going through something tough and are willing to do work to change and cope. We cannot change the past, but we can work on moving forward to learn ways to overcome and feel more complete. I teach my clients to express their feelings safely, challenge negative thoughts and become their best self!
