I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to help work on improving many areas of life. My experience has included work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I generally use a Cognitive Behavioral approach, but use other treatment modalities as appropriate for each person. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps reduce distress related to traumatic events and memories as well as unhelpful core beliefs and thoughts.
