Using restorative and healing-centered approaches based on the ecological biopsychosocial models of practice, I work in collaboration with those I serve. I offer trauma-informed, regenerative, and liberatory-based practices that balance modern science and research with wisdom and creativity to support the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
Mental health is foundational for the well-being and effective functioning of individuals. It is the ability to think, learn, and understand one's emotions and the reactions of others. It is a state of balance, both within and with the environment. Physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and other interrelated factors create this balance.
One of the greatest acts of resistance is caring, and I strive to promote safe and brave healing spaces where all are welcome. Everyone deserves healing, connection, and the ability to thrive.
