As a person from the MENA region and a daughter of immigrants, I am passionate about cultural representation in the mental health field and believe it is crucial to make therapy and healing accessible to all communities. I am passionate about immigrant and BIPOC advocacy and destigmatizing mental health in Middle Eastern culture.
I provide individual therapy working with adults co-occuring substance use diagnoses as well as physical and intellectual disabilities, utilizing a trauma-informed, person-centered, relational, mind-body approach that supports the self-actualization of clients focusing on anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, trauma, and identity exploration.
I believe that healing cannot happen without acknowledging physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, communal, and systemic factors that impact us. I aim to create a safe and trusting space that will allow you to develop a better understanding of yourself and your relationships with others.
