Anyone can start therapy but it takes trust in your therapist to truly invest in the process. This is why I use an attachment/relational modeI in my work with others. I am committed to creating this environment with you. You are the expert in your life, and I am here to help you find your highest purpose. When working with children, I have a variety of mediums to aid in organizing their emotional world. I use sand tray, play therapy, cognitive based approaches, EMDR, and clinically based sound therapy techniques.
I support individuals through intergenerational and systemic trauma. I also work with families on communication and emotional cohesion. My niche is working with parents experiencing the highs and lows of their new roles and the physical and emotional changes. For intensive trauma treatment, I combine sound therapy and EMDR to integrate and resolve symptoms.
It can be so difficult to reach out when experiencing emotional pain. We all have the ability to process and heal. It involves using the right tools to accomplish this. With me, you will experience non judgement, care, and collaboration. I am here to support you. I look forward to working with you.
