I have experience and training in trauma therapy, Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT, and short-term solution-focused. Together, we work through previous and current life events to stop the patterns and adjust to the growth you need now. Offering KAP too.
You may be a high achiever and have found previous therapy unsuccessful. Therapy didn't fit right or, perhaps, you feel as if you have been able to outsmart/outwit previous counselors or therapists. We can build on your adapted strengths and move toward your growth.
