Dr. Zuehlke specializes in Sleep therapy (CBT-I) and general adult therapy. She believes people who are struggling with mental health difficulties have the capacity to change. Helping clients with anxiety and depression, challenging life transitions, loss, and insomnia are her expertise. Her goal as a psychologist is to facilitate this change process through individual and group therapy. She helps clients make lasting improvements in their lives by examining their thoughts and behaviors, emotional distress, and interpersonal relationships through a collaborative, goal directed process using several evidenced-based therapies.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 11 years of experience in the field. My work spans across different developmental stages from adolescence to late adulthood, including group therapy work and couples therapy. Likely, the hardest part is beginning to really understand why things aren't working- I work with clients in a clear, approachable manner, so we can pinpoint the root causes and create a goal-oriented framework for progress.
