I specialize in intermodal expressive arts therapy, with a concentration in the area of art therapy practices. I enjoy incorporating a holistic treatment approach; thus utilizing the creative arts process to help my clients discover themselves. I also have my certificate in the integrative psychotherapy method of EMDR, for the treatment of trauma.
I provide a very warm, supportive and relaxed environment to my clients. I also believe in utilizing one's spirituality as a strength within the therapeutic process, in order to access the benefits of healing one's self to achieve a more joy-filled life.
