Starting therapy can be an intimidating process even for those who have been in treatment before. Welcome, and congratulations on taking this first step! I offer therapy to individuals (both adolescent and adult) and couples through Mellem Clinic, a psychodynamic practice located in Providence, Rhode Island. My approach is based on the belief that each person is resilient and inherently good. We are also all influenced by our unique personal histories and environments.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic illness, relationship issues, & life transitions. I work with a wide range of clients, helping them develop a sense of safety, awareness, and a compassionate understanding of themselves and the world around them.
