My main areas of focus are helping individuals with anxiety, depression, family/relationship Issues and postpartum anxiety/depression. With an overall goal to help strengthen relationships and provide better support to individuals and families. I also now have a therapist working along side of me who specializes in grief, contact me to schedule with her.
