My graduate work is in the areas of counseling psychology and Educational Psychology. I have been working in a school setting for the past 20 years and I have been in a private practice setting since 2006.
I take a cognitive approach to growth. I believe strongly in creating a foundation for change through connecting with others in safe relationships. My goal in counseling is to create that safe place of connection for everyone.
