I believe that understanding our past experiences can help individuals gain insight into unresolved symptoms and inner conflicts as well as prevent repeating patterns in their present-day lives. I also value helping clients develop practical strategies and tools to navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic style is compassionate, empathetic, and relational.
