Hi I'm Lincoln. I appreciate that you reading this is a reflection of your own curiosity and showing up for yourself! Therapy is a safe, collaborative, and respectful space to work with you towards lessening your struggles and achieving your goals. Our work together is an opportunity to shift from scripts, wounding and habit patterns of your past and more fully enter the present moment with clarity, belief in yourself, and strength to act. Ultimately, our work together can decrease your stress, cultivate a more comfortable relationship with yourself and others, and overall lead to more possibilities and self-empowerment.
I have trained in both clinical mental health counseling and marriage family therapy. I work from an experiential, somatic, attachment, mindfulness, and compassion focused orientations. My approach is relational, multiculturally-oriented, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I seek to meet you with empathy, non judgment, and welcome all identities.
My aim is to support your natural capacities, as you grow beyond limitations towards self-acceptance, health, and connection. During our time together, I am interested in how to aid you in developing resources of awareness, embodiment, creativity, resilience, and self-compassion to transform moments of challenge towards greater ease and life satisfaction.
