Therapy takes patience and openness from all whom are involved in the process. I have counseled couples, individuals, and families trying to manage psychological, emotional, and behavioral stressors. Many of my clients are seeking help with PTSD, grief/loss, eating/body image issues, family/relational situations, and sexual concerns.
My therapy is an eclectic approach. I've worked with a number of individuals who have endured unthinkable trauma and each therapy is co-created by therapist and client. Some approaches included are, Core Energetics, Expressive Therapies, Guided Imagery, Relaxation, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Talk Therapy.
At the end of the day, your relationship with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of the healing process.
