I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including Humanistic theoretical framework, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also offer specialized services for adolescents, as well as support for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families.
The Humanistic approach, which says for a person to "grow", they need an environment that provides them with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and empathy (being listened to and understood) most closely reflects my personal belief.
My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
