My goal as a therapist is to assist you in developing skills to help you thrive in life, feel grounded and a sense of peace and happiness. I strive to not only listen, but to truly hear your messages and stories. Throughout my training I have worked with individuals, families and group therapy to children, teens and adults. I draw from modalities that are tailored to each individual, depending upon their concerns.

We are a virtual practice dedicated to maternal wellness, serving the needs of pregnant and postpartum women and their families for almost 40 years. Our team is comprised of highly skilled therapists who are social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists and have received advanced training in the treatment of prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety. Our practice is not limited to this area of specialty as we provide general counseling for adolescents, adults and couples.
