About
COVID-19 has led to feelings of anxiety and depression for many adults and young people resulting in feelings of just “getting by.” You want more and deserve better. By talking about your thoughts, feelings, and concerns within a safe therapeutic relationship, we can work together to help you become unstuck and rebuild a life with purpose and meaning. For some, this may include processing painful emotions, grieving losses, navigating difficult relationships, or changing self-defeating patterns. Therapy is hard work and by reading this page, you’ve already shown you’re curious to learn more about yourself and are motivated to change.
Valuing the individuals I treat, and the field of psychology, I am licensed at the doctorate and masters level with three addiction credentials. For 15 years, I have worked in diverse settings reflecting my varying passions: social justice, addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, forensics, struggling youngsters, and spiritually identifying individuals.
There are years that ask questions and years that answer. - Zora Neale Hurston Our work together will provide you with the clarity you've been seeking. You will know yourself better, what you want from life and from others. "Your world is as big as you make it. I know for I used to abide in the narrowest nest in a corner, my wings pressing close to my side."
