I am a Therapist Resource for the Dr. Phil television series. I creatively integrate positive psychology with a holistic spiritual approach to enhance healing and growth for individuals, couples and families. My holistic approach includes an in-depth evaluation to uncover and treat conditions that standard medical practice often overlooks. This includes psychological, social, physical, medical conditions, nutrition, lifestyle changes, vitamins and supplements that are researched and found to safely improve wellness.

I have worked to create an integrated, evidence-based, and holistic group practice where my vision of the ideal environment for growth can unfold. With over 30 years experience, I am a child & adult psyciatrist practicing primarily psychotherapy, addressing a full range of issues from emotional strains, anxiety, depression and trauma, to developmental issues including gender development, autistic spectrum and psychosis. I am former Chair of the Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Training Program at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. Since the time of COVID and with the myriad of changes in our world, lives become unsettled at home, work, in our families and our personal relationships. I work with children, adults, couples, families, parents and infants.

Finally science and spirit integrated services... I combine the mind, the body and the soul into my therapy and offer multiple services to treat each aspect of them. I specialize in helping those who are still spiritually connected and still treat all. I am pending insurance contracts where I will treat the body with Myofascial Release and the ming with Mental Health Therapy.

I offer experienced professional care based on over 40 years of experience with teens, adults, families, and seniors. My practice focuses on creating a relationship with clients that empowers them to live a life worth living. I am a meditation teacher from the Zen tradition. I offer meditation to reduce stress and develop insight into ways to live a fulfilling life. I also provide a well-rounded approach using a combination of the most effective evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy.
