I am pending insurance contracts where I will treat the body with Myofascial Release and the ming with Mental Health Therapy.

Mind Body Soul Wellness Center offers mental health services for all ages. Specializing in Bi-Polar, Schizophrenia, Night Terrors, Sleep Apnea, and ADHD. These diagnoses can be challenging for everyone, we at MBSWC mental health services that can be considered holistic that provides help and more individualized attention to the individuals.

Social Anxiety and Communication Skills using DnD

2 groups: Group A - 13 to 17 year olds &Group B - 18 years old and above. In this group you will learn communication skills &self-awareness skills to help reduce social anxiety &build self-confidence. This group will meet every week for 10 weeks, space is limited to 6 people. Call, Text or email to sign up.
