I offer experienced professional care based on over 40 years of experience with teens, adults, families, and seniors. My practice focuses on creating a relationship with clients that empowers them to live a life worth living. I am a meditation teacher from the Zen tradition. I offer meditation to reduce stress and develop insight into ways to live a fulfilling life. I also provide a well-rounded approach using a combination of the most effective evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy.
I offer a mindfulness-based approach to addiction issues and specialize in working with seniors experiencing age-related challenges. I also specialize in working with couples and families to address conflict and dysfunction.
Human suffering is not necessary given the potential we all share to realize a way of being in life that fulfills what is possible. Give yourself the opportunity to find out what is possible for you.
