My practice focuses on creating a relationship with clients that empowers them to live a life worth living. I am a meditation teacher from the Zen tradition. I offer meditation to reduce stress and develop insight into ways to live a fulfilling life. I also provide a well-rounded approach using a combination of the most effective evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy.
