As a therapist I strive to provide a non-judgmental and safe space building genuine therapeutic relationships which promote client growth and self-discovery. As I value building rapport, I utilize a refreshingly straight-forward style that incorporates empathy and humor, providing space to connect to individuals. It is important to me that I meet each of my client’s needs, as this space is for you and your journey.

As your therapist, my goal is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for you to express your feelings and help you gain perspective with challenges you may be facing. My clients learn healthy coping skills and tools to better navigate life's difficult moments. My role is to walk alongside you through this journey to your most empowered and best self. By challenging beliefs and emotions that no longer serve you, in addition to improving intra and interpersonal relationships, personal growth and symptom relief are my goals for you. Group therapy prek, elementary, and middle school aged kids (Groups arranged by age and focus areas, some including self esteem, coping skills, anxiety, ADHD, depression, social skills, peer relationships, temper outbursts, adjustment) 4. Welcome to Set Sail Counseling, a group practice located in Hershey, PA. We are excited that you’re here and considering “setting sail” on your journey toward healing! We currently have two LPCs: Stacy Dove and Stachia Lippy (telehealth only). Stachia utilizes CBT and/or DBT and is a gender-affirming therapist operating from a trauma-informed lens. She especially enjoys working with couples, the LGBTQ+ community, and younger males (ages 18-30). She is currently in the process of credentialing with Highmark, so she is only able to accept clients who have Capital Blue Cross or pay out of pocket at this time.

Connection is one of the most important aspects to a healthy life, and it is vital for any relationship including a successful therapeutic experience. I work to make each of my clients feel known and valued, whether I am seeing an individual, a couple, or multiple family members. Everyone has a unique perspective that comes from their lived experiences. I strive to understand this from each person, and then journey with my clients as they find their way back to meaningful connection and improved wellbeing.

Life is a journey that we don’t have to go through figuring out alone. I work with people from all faith backgrounds, and while I do not consider myself to be solely a "christian counselor", my faith is a large part of my life and I invite clients to lead the role that faith plays in our work together. I work with individuals as well as couples. My work has included supporting people who experience anxiety, depression, poor relationships and life changes.

I am a dedicated therapist pursuing the LPC Track at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Mental Health Counseling. My journey has been molded by my deep comprehension of the human experience, acquired through my education and personal development. Fueled by a fervent passion for aiding others in traversing their inner realms, I stand as a staunch supporter of healing, growth, and fostering connections.

I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, and I have been practicing for about a decade now. I enjoy working with my clients on cognitive behavioral therapy along with dialectical behavioral therapy, and also motivational interviewing tactics as well. I am very excited to work with clients that have been experiencing family conflict issues, along with anxiety and depression, and help tackle issues in their present day, personal and professional life’s.
