I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I have experience using holistic approaches to trauma, mood disorders, parenting, relationships, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, disruptive disorders, grief, and postpartum issues. I use evidence-based techniques like Structural Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I love working with couples and families! I believe those relationships are powerful, to hurt or to heal, and when family systems change, healing continues long after therapy.

Mallory specializes in Maternal Mental Health and Couples Therapy. Her main goals are to help her clients achieve a sense of control over self, life, their choices, and their relationships. Oftentimes people come to therapy when they feel dissatisfied with some or all areas of their lives; struggling to figure out why or what to do about it. Mallory works with individuals and couples to rebuild their relationship after disconnect with self and/or others. Mallory is available Monday-Thursday from 8am-3pm for office or telehealth sessions.

I have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I enjoy taking an eclectic approach to providing therapy; with a strong skill set in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Evidence-Based Therapy, Psychotherapeutic support, and Talk Therapy.

With my background in Family Based Services, I have experience working with children, adults, and families with diverse backgrounds, family dynamics, and individual needs. We sometimes, need a nudge in a certain direction that we can't clearly see. I can help provide that nudge with whatever your are struggling with and provide insight on how to get there. I also do life coaching. Life coaching is different than therapy in that you may need guidance but not have a psychological disorder.
