I have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I enjoy taking an eclectic approach to providing therapy; with a strong skill set in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Evidence-Based Therapy, Psychotherapeutic support, and Talk Therapy.
