My name is Kaeli (they/she), I am a mental health and trauma therapist whose orientation is strongly rooted in an anti-oppressive, intersectional lens. I use modalities of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy, and psychedelic integration. I work with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, gender exploration, and neurodivergence. I provide psychedelic integration therapy with a harm reduction lens to hold a container for people processing and integrating their psychedelic experiences.

If you've ever watched a good movie or seen a compelling drama on the stage, you know the story doesn't resolve itself until the second act. Just as "life imitates art," you may experience situations, thoughts, and emotions road blocking your "second act." I’m honored to help you navigate life choices amidst these roadblocks through my combined approach using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based exposure therapy. ACT is an evidenced-based therapy consistent with the sentiment of the "Serenity Prayer" in focusing on change we can control; letting go of things we cannot.

Because of years of involvement in Military and Law Enforcement culture as a family member, spouse, Blue Star Mom and Police Officer Reservist, I understand our culture and provide a unique ability to connect when it comes to counseling one of our own as it relates to critical incidents, PTSD, crisis, suicide and trauma by offering hope alongside those who serve.

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Social Worker and a Oregon Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). My 25+ years of clinical experience have been focused on serving patients dealing with parenting issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, dual diagnoses, grief and loss, marital conflict, adjustment issues, and career/life transitions. My private practice utilizes a brief solution-focused modality, providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children. I am also founder and senior counselor with the Upper Rogue Wellness Center in Southern Oregon.
