Young adulthood is a time of growth & self-discovery, often full of contradictions... exciting yet uncertain, liberating yet terrifying, carefree, & at times paralyzing. You want to feel confident, less anxious, & able to manage life stressors. But situational context, relational wounds, or trauma may shape how you relate to yourself, others & the world. However, they have also strengthened your insight, empathy, & capacity for growth. You are capable of moving through life with greater ease, improved mood, & emotional balance. But life isn’t meant to be navigated alone. We flourish in relationship & connection.
Our work will be rooted in trust, safety, & attunement. Together, we'll gently explore emotions, deepen self-awareness, & make room for your deepest needs. We'll laugh a lot, & we'll cry some, too.
