I’m a Certificated Daring Way Facilitator, a therapeutic approach based on Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability & shame (root of perfectionism & feeling not good enough). I am also trained in DBT (emotion regulation skill development), EMDR (trauma approach) and shame resiliency. I have over 15 years of experience. Let's get you taking steps toward your highest self!
I take a direct approach with my clients, as I truly believe people can be empowered to change and heal. I am passionate about helping people learn self compassion, positive coping skills and how to embrace vulnerability. Sounds awesome, right?
