Now Accepting New Clients. I practice counseling individuals and families at Mental Health of Southern Utah. I specialize in the treatment of attachment, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I have helped many through addictions of pornography and other substances. I have worked with teenagers and families for well over 10 years. I and was trained foundationally in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy from the Linehan Institute at the Mclean Hospital in Boston, MA, as well as was trained in EMDR therapy. I have been trained in the Gottman approach for couples counseling and enjoy helping couples learn to connect and communicate.
I am known for being a personable and understanding person, as well as lovingly direct with those I work with. I have a strong understanding of a number of therapy modalities, and I am able to help others identify that oftentimes the maladaptive perceptions that they have lead to much of their struggles in life.
