As a Licensed Professional Counselor I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have several years of experience working with a diverse array of people and have had the privilege to walk alongside people as they navigated a variety of life conditions and issues. I treat individuals that are dealing with such issues as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, divorce recovery, grief and loss, ADHD, anger and conduct issues, trauma, substance use and abuse issues, gambling, sexual and process addictions, addict in the family issues, codependency, attachment issues, personality disorders, and spiritual conflicts.
It is my belief that seeking a therapist is a good thing. It is a therapist's privilege to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with a person to help them navigate a good course through this maze of life. Through this wonderful process a person can grow personally and healthily.
I use a mixture of methodologies in therapy, depending on the individual and issues we are dealing with. Issues in a relationship or a person's life could stem from Biological, Psychological, Social, and/or Spiritual roots.
