I have 17 years of experience helping people struggling with many areas including: traumatic experiences, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, self-harming behaviors, marital conflict, grief, ADHD, and behavioral and emotional dysregulation. In addition to counseling services, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor, Approved Consultant EMDR Therapist, and EMDR Trainer.
