In far too many situations individuals with bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia have internalized messages that there is no hope, that they are simply victims of their mental illness, and unable to reach their life goals. My practice, Inspiration Psychological Services' primary purpose is to provide individuals who struggle with mental illness with the neccessary coping skills that they need to manage symptoms, cope with everyday life challenges, and improve the quality of their lives. I strongly believe in providing a supportive atmosphere that consists of understanding individual experiences, addressing needs, instilling hope, building on strengths, and recognizing potential.

Cristina specializes in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, and life transitions. The world can be overwhelming and daunting for this population. Cristina will walk alongside her clients helping them uncover their truths, dig deep and find strategies to live their best lives. Working with a myriad of modalities, she empowers clients to see that change is possible through goal setting and small actions.

I am Dr. Stacey Lanier, a licensed psychologist in Texas with over 20 years of experience working with clients in various areas. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship work, but I have experience with and enjoy working in areas beyond these specializations such as depression, adjustment disorder, personal growth and resiliency. I recognize that coming to talk to someone about your problems can feel very uncomfortable and overwhelming. My goal is to try to create an environment that will make you feel at ease. My style is easygoing, warm, supportive and non-judgmental.
