Hi, I am Joyes. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS therapy to help clients reprocess traumatic experiences. Trauma can occur from small events like chronic stress, bullying, discrimination, dysfunctional family dynamics, and constant exposure to challenging situations. EMDR and Brainspotting involve a structured approach to help clients move past trauma.

I will provide you with a non-judgmental, confidential, culturally sensitive, safe space to express all you wish to share.
