At Rainbow Counseling and Consultation Services, I currently work with individuals. My areas of specialization are: bariatric pre-surgical evaluations (weight-loss surgery evals), depression and anxiety, women's issues, disordered eating (compulsive overeating and binge eating), self-esteem issues and relationship issues.
It is a fact that we cannot change the events from our past; however, we have the ability to change the path of our future. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space in which you will be challenged to heal and grow. I look forward to taking this journey with you!

Back on Track
This group is designed to assist those individuals who have experienced weight regain after bariatric/weight-loss surgery or other weight-loss efforts. It is also for those who never hit their target goal weight. The group will be interactive in nature, as well as instructional. Topics to be addressed include: emotional eating, developing a healthy relationship with food, healthy ways of coping, healing the shame that binds, etc.... The goal is to help those struggling with weight regain to find ways to develop a more healthy relationship with food in order to live a more healthy and productive life.
