Anxiety, depression, conflict, and major life changes affect how we think and feel. I help you work through the beliefs that create the feelings and behaviors that are holding you back from getting what you want out of life and reconnect with your body to feel congruent, calm, happy, and confident. I particularly working with people and couples who have communication problems and/or trauma histories. I'm here to help, and you can be assured of complete confidentiality.
Since 2002, I have been helping individuals, couples, and families learn about themselves and each other in order to live happier lives. I utilize Person Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Body Work, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to help you reach your goals.
I offer in-office and online sessions. I can meet with you online from anywhere in Georgia or at my office on the square in beautiful Dahlonega. My methodology is so effective that patients generally feel better by the end of their first session.
