I am a fully licensed LPC and clinical supervisor in both South Carolina and Georgia. I provide therapy in-office or via telehealth. I utilize treatments that focus on helping you adjust to traumatic events that interfere with daily positive functioning. I utilize evidence-based treatments, am trained and experienced in trauma-focused therapy, talk therapy, and virtual imagery. My treatments are reality-based, thought provoking, and empowering. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling positive, strong, hopeful, and relaxed.
I also co-facilitate Restorative Retelling groups that help survivor victims of murder-suicide.
I specialize in helping you reduce the effects of trauma that exist within your life. My goal is to enable you to find meaning and purpose in positive living. You will learn to remove dysfunction and negativity from your life, so that you can enjoy the feeling of peace and daily successes.
