St. John the Baptist Recovery Outreach Center, a Ministry of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, was established to aid personal struggling with addiction to drugs and alcohol. We collaborate extensively with other community agencies, hospitals, residential programs, and sober living to provide barrier removal and access to treatment services for clients seeking recovery. We take a holistic approach to treatment, combining both substance use and mental health services.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in social work from Marshall University and a Master of Social Work degree from Walden University in 2020. Rhonda has extensive experience working with domestic violence survivors, child abuse survivors, and youth involved in foster care. In addition, she has a passion for assisting parents struggling to meet the demands often associated with parenting children with unique needs. Rhonda is skilled in the utilization of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Craig Fitzgerald is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2016. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Secondary Education from Mount Union College, an MS in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton, and an MS ED/Secondary Education/Play Therapy Certificate Program from the University of Mississippi. Hello! I'm happy you're reading my profile since there are many profiles on this website. You might ask, "How am I different from other therapists?" Well, for starters, I am a man (I can't believe how many female therapists there are on Cleveland's west side!). My chief strength is helping adults, adolescents, and children who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I have been told by my clients they feel comfortable talking with me. Some of them have described me as calm and serene (My friends would laugh at this. Outside of therapy, I can be intense and anything but serene.)
