We have a full staff at Premiere Counseling Services offering decades of experience with a variety of issues and populations. Although my specialty is working with children and teens striving to manage a variety of issues in the areas of anxiety and depression, additional issues include anxiety and depression, self-esteem, trauma, behavioral issues, grief and loss and self-harm and suicide. We work with populations that include children, teens, adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and couples. Our goal is to help you learn how to manage these challenges, overcome obstacles, and be successful in anything you choose to do.
I am a Certified DBT therapist, which is my primary mode of therapy, and our facility has a number of other DBT therapists that are part of the only full protocol DBT team in the region. We also have providers offering CBT, PCIT, EMDR, Gottman Couples, play therapy, and other models of treatment.
