I have worked in the mental health field working in hospital settings and drug and alcohol agencies working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief including individals who self-medicate with substance use. Often families, marriages and work become affected by how we think and react to life’s struggles. In the end, our mind, body and spirit becomes compromised.

I believe in advocating for client growth by collaborating with clients to achieve their personal goals. I have a passion for helping clients decide how to best cope with their concerns themselves by self exploration and learning new skills through a holistic approach. My goal is to provide a confidential, safe and supportive environment for my clients in which they feel empowered to achieve self exploration and overcome personal struggles.

I have been providing mental health and addiction treatment to individuals for 16 years. I specialize in co-occurring disorders ie. addiction and mental health conditions as well as the wide range of issues that tend to go along with addiction, such as but not limited to trauma, domestic violence and spirituality. Specific areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bi-polar, adjustment disorders, stress management, learning good self care, codependence and grief.

Her areas of specialty include: life transition issues, LGBTQA+ issues, anxiety, and women’s issues. She has a strong commitment to providing inclusive and affirming care using evidence-based treatment approaches.

Jessica Burge (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced clinical intern with a CT status who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She is studying to become a licensed professional counselor. Her specialty interests include: anxiety, depression, autism, couples and family, sports performance, stress, and health and wellness.

Thomas Deiotte Jr. (pronouns: he/him) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. He utilizes treatment approaches that are eclectic, evidence-based, and uniquely tailored to each client.

Michael Luthy (pronouns: he/him) is an experienced licensed professional counselor who works with individual adults and couples. He specializes in mood disorders, phase-of-life transitions, ADHD, psychoeducation, and empowering clients to find their purpose. He uses a synergic approach to treatment, pulling therapeutic responses and resources from a wide range of evidence-based methods to cultivate a unique process for each client.

Her specialty interests include women’s issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, career development, and other mental health needs or concerns. She has an extensive history working with women who present with pregnancy experiences and clients who have both a substance use and mental health issue at the same time. Megan Smead (pronouns: she/her) is a licensed professional counselor that works with children, adolescents, and adults. She is studying to become a licensed professional counselor. Her specialty interests include depression, anxiety, coping skills, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and life stage transitional issues. She utilizes positive psychology, a non-judgmental stance, and evidenced-based practices to create individualized treatment plans for each client.

Rachel Tassile (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed social worker who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her specialty interests include: PTSD and trauma, first-responder trauma, ADHD, autism, foster care and adoption transitions and issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues. She ensures that her treatment, which is rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed practice, is tailored to the needs of clients.

Crystal Snyder (pronouns: she/her) is a skilled licensed professional counselor and independent chemical dependency counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her specialty interests include: adult executive function deficits, girls’ and women’s issues, disturbances in eating behavior, self-esteem issues, relapse prevention for substance use issues, and boundary setting in families who are impacted by addiction. She utilizes an eclectic approach that places an emphasis on building a trusting client-counselor relationship because she believes each client has unique needs and goals.
