Are you interested in getting to know and like yourself better? I have been having fun working with clients who want to learn what their emotions and nervous system are trying to communicate with them. Learning a new way to interact with Internal thoughts, relationships, and your environment allows for more authenticity, freedom and alignment with what truly matters. Several of my clients are discovering late in life ADHD and Autism diagnoses better explain their lived experiences. Others are healing traumas and becoming more self compassionate. Discovering your wants, needs and voice is so empowering.
I am EMDR certified. EMDR is a whole body, mind, emotional approach that can be an effective way of reducing emotional reactivity to life.
