I am a PhD level professional clinical counselor, physical therapist, certified professional coach and (RYT), with expertise in individual, group, and relationship therapy licensed in OH and FL. I have been working with infertility for 25+ years and a neonatal developmental specialist. I am a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and co- founder of Dare2Care, a Cleveland based LGBTQ focused anti-bullying organization, now an embedded program of the Cleveland Leadership Center. I have significant experience working with grief, loss and relationship betrayal and approach this work from a trauma model.

When things aren’t right and you don’t know what to do, it can be comforting to know that it doesn’t have to stay that way. When you are overwhelmed it can be hard to make day to day decisions let alone navigate the big picture. I chose a career in counseling because I have always had a passion for helping others. I believe patients deserve a safe place to share and work on struggles in all aspects of their lives. During an initial evaluation, my goal is to develop an understanding of what each individual patient is seeking and provide a thorough consultation of how to direct treatment. I completed a Master of Arts in counseling at Ursuline College. I will not be accepting new patients until March 2024.

Hello! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here today. It is a brave and vulnerable step to consider therapy, and I believe it is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. I specialize in working with women experiencing perinatal and parenting issues: infertility and pregnancy loss, depression and anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum, birth trauma, and overall adjustment to parenthood. The journey to becoming a parent is complex, and you deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated along the way. Additionally, I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships.

In my work with clients, my goal is to facilitate healthy change in clients' lives and relationships. Utilizing evidenced-based practices, I work with clients who struggle with trauma histories, relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, stress management and perfectionism. I also work with women's issues such as PMDD, infertility, and endometriosis. I believe that we are better and healthier when we feel connected to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

I have been an active member of my community for most of my life. I began caring for others at age 15 by working as a nursing assistant in a local nursing home. I have volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician and was a foster parent for nearly 100 children over a 13 year time span. I am passionate about helping people of all ages reach their personal or professional goals.
