I’m committed to showing up with warmth, empathy, and authentic respect for each person’s lived experience. My primary focus area is perinatal mental health, including mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal trauma, grief and loss, and fertility challenges. I also welcome clients looking for support with processing trauma or navigating complex relationships and life transitions beyond the perinatal experience.
I utilize a variety of modalities, including EMDR, DBT, CPT, and ACT, and integrate feminist, psychodynamic, and person-centered perspectives. No one therapeutic approach is a perfect fit for anyone, and I will work with you to identify the best way to address your unique needs.
Being a trauma-informed antiracist is a core part of both my professional and personal identity, and I affirm and welcome LGBTQIA+ individuals. I truly love being a therapist, getting to know my clients deeply, and holding space for them in whatever way they need. Outside of my clinical role, social justice advocacy and education are close to my heart.
