Mental health issues that affect learning, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, poor social skills, behavioral issues, stress management, poor organization skills, learning disabilities, self-esteem issues, and poor "adulting" skills are the most critical issues I evaluate for and/or treat. My primary services are psychological testing/diagnosis and counseling. I accept clients ages 3+ but specialize in working with ages 12+.

Ms. Pachana has experience working with all ages (preschool through adolescent), with particular experience working with elementary-aged children. She has a diverse background working with children with autism, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, trauma, ADHD, dyslexia, and learning disabilities. Ms. Pachana believes in the importance of developing a strong relationship with children and providing counseling and intervention through the use of hands-on activities and play. She also provides parents and educators with specific tools needed to help children in their everyday lives at home and at school.

I am a licensed school psychologist who works with students from birth up to the age of 22. We offer counseling, pscyhoeducational evaluations, and any service that helps students bridge the gap between home and school. I have over 15 years of experience in the field. My goal is to provide school districts and families with more appropriate school-based solutions that are applicable to the school setting and the home setting.

Katie is an Independently Licensed Social Worker with Supervisory designation who has been working in the mental health field for 18 years. Katie is licensed in both Pennsylvania (her home state) to conduct telehealth appointments & Ohio (where her office is currently located/she resides). Currently she specializes in using trauma informed, person centered treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist in healing from the impact of trauma and stress. Katie has experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum disorder & Developmental and Intellectual disabilities.

Hello! I'm Dr. Julie Henzel, and I'm a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with nearly 20-years of experience. Neuroconverge is neurodiversity specialized psychology practice providing therapy, assessments/evaluations, educational consultation, and parenting support. I offer treatment/assessment for a range of needs including Autism, learning differences, ADHD, behavioral concerns, anxiety issues, and mood concerns. I also identify as neurodivergent, having received an adulthood diagnosis of ADHD. I feel this provides me with added insights into better understanding the needs and experiences of my clients.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in social work from Marshall University and a Master of Social Work degree from Walden University in 2020. Rhonda has extensive experience working with domestic violence survivors, child abuse survivors, and youth involved in foster care. In addition, she has a passion for assisting parents struggling to meet the demands often associated with parenting children with unique needs. Rhonda is skilled in the utilization of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
