Are you a neurodivergent person seeking to understand yourself better? I specialize in evaluating and diagnosing Level 1 Autism (previously Asperger's) and ADHD, particularly in girls and women aged 12 and up, including those who mask their challenges. I also work with highly gifted individuals facing the unique "gifted struggles" that come with high cognitive abilities. Many of my clients are on a journey to gain insight and validation for their internal experiences, often rooted in their childhood and educational experiences. I specialize in evaluating and diagnosing Level 1 Autism in girls and women, providing therapy for cognitively gifted youth and young adults, diagnosing mental health issues in gifted individuals, and counseling neurodiverse girls and women.
